Last time we clarified the concept of the knowledge stock, the flow of innovations and the variable and fixed costs of R&D activity. We also discussed the distortion caused by the R&D subsidy and the equations of the carbon cycle.
4.本期预告
We will focus on the general equilibrium, and dive into deriving the value function and the evolution of the distribution of the gap between clean and dirty technologies. Finally, we will provide an example with the optimal policy being constant.
